Vltava River

A view down the Vltava River in Prague, looking north toward the Lesser Town. The Vltava is the longest Czech river, flowing through Prague into the Elbe River, which runs through Germany to empty into the Arctic Ocean.

The glowing ball on the building on the right is the top of the "Fred and Ginger" building, a controversial postmodern design by Californian architect Frank Gehry that was built partly as an homage to the dancing couple. It doesn't fit in with the rest of the historic architecture, but it's interesting.
