Sunrise in Washington

One of three shots from the same morning in September 2000. The other two are here and here. This one shows the whole Monument, following the generally accepted rules of composition a little better, but making it more obvious if you tilt the horizon even the slightest bit. I have several sunrise shots with a tilted horizon. A grid screen or bubble level comes in handy in situations like this.
